Refund and Returns Policy

If you are in the 7 days return period, we offer you 3 options

1. Exchange your item for a different size / color:

Exchanges are only available for the same style size and / or color. The exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you wish.

2. Refund details and vouchers:

By default, the reimbursement method is credit.

If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us on the Contact us form. An inspection, warehouse and handling fee of 15% will apply. Orders that are exchanged or items returned / exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur these restocking charges. The charge will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after a possible reduction) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and non-refundable.

3. Replacement of an erroneous or defective item

We are really sorry! Please email us at support@petsentirely.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the problem (for example: wrong / defective item)
  3. A photo / video

How long does it take to get a refund?

Usually, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

How to return an item?

  1. Each return request must be emailed first through Contact us form.
  2. Please complete the form precisely as possible and send your item to the return address that we will send you by email.

Late or missing funds:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. caontact your banking institution
  3. Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days

Delivery:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you received a credit note, it will match the amount you paid. If you have notified you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product less the restocking fee.

If you would like an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2-7 weeks to reach you.

Warning:

We strongly suggest that you return the product to us with a tracking number in its original packaging.
